Bytes - dividend currency exchange rate Shareholders on the South African register of the Company were referred to the announcement released on 14 October 2025, with regard to the results for the six months ended 31 August 2025 and dividend declaration, confirming that the Board had declared an interim dividend from retained earnings of GBP3.2 pence per ordinary share for the six months ended 31 August 2025. Shareholders on the South African register will be paid the ZAR cash equivalent of 72.59213 cents per share (58.07370 cents per share net of dividend withholding tax). A dividend withholding tax of 20% will be applicable to all shareholders on the South African register who are not exempt therefrom. The ZAR cash equivalent has been calculated using the following exchange rate: GBP1: ZAR22.68504 being the GBP/ZAR exchange rate on Monday, 3 November 2025 at 09:00 (GMT).
