PHP - annual general meeting voting results update At the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 7 May 2025, the total vote received in favour of Resolution 6 (the re-election of Harry Hyman) was 79.28%. This was 0.72% below the 80% UK Corporate Governance Code (the "Code") approval threshold for the resolution. Since the AGM, the Company has – as a consequence of its recently completed, successful offer to acquire Assura plc – had a unique opportunity to engage with its shareholders. Those conversations have demonstrated to the Company the firm confidence which its investors have in its leadership with Harry Hyman as Non-executive Chair and Mark Davies as Chief Executive Officer, and in the configuration of its Board as a whole.
