    aReit - quarterly update on suspension
    The Company provided an update to shareholders regarding the current state of affairs of the Company until the suspension is lifted.

    The annual financial statements ("AFS") for the year ended 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024 have been prepared and submitted to the former auditors pending any required audit adjustments arising from the 2023 AFS, for the former auditor to consider reappointment.

    In the interim the Company is also seeking new auditor proposals in order to try to speed up the audits.
