    Castleview - board changes and trading statement
    Shareholders were advised that James Day, who has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Emira Property Fund Ltd. ("Emira") with effect from 1 July 2025, will step down from his role as Financial Director of Castleview with effect from the same date, but will remain on the Castleview board.

    Lida Le Roux will assume the role of Financial Director of Castleview with effect from 1 July 2025.

    Castleview expects the final dividend per share ("DPS") for the year ended 31 March 2025 to be 29.48 cents, being 30.1% lower than the final DPS of 42.147 cents for the year ended 31 March 2024.

    Castleview's results for the year ended 31 March 2025 will be published on or about 27 June 2025.
