    Araxi - AGM results & board committee changes
    Shareholders were advised of the results of the business conducted at the Annual General Meeting, held virtually on Wednesday, 2 September 2026

    Changes to the board committee members
    -Delia Ndlovu has been appointed as a member and Chairperson of the Audit, Risk and Opportunity committee, and as a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee;
    -Philisiwe Mthethwa has been appointed as a member of the Investment Committee and Social and Ethics Committee; and
    -Farouk Mohideen has been appointed as member of the Audit, Risk and Opportunity Committee.
