Araxi - acquisition of the Pay@ Group
Araxi, formerly Capital Appreciation Ltd., has entered into agreements that will result in its wholly- owned subsidiary, African Resonance, acquiring 80% of Pay At Holdings (Pty) Ltd. ("Pay@") and its affiliate International Payment Holdings Ltd., which includes all of their respective group companies of R1 billion.
Withdrawal of cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcements published on 3 December 2025 and 20 January 2026, as the detailed terms of the Proposed Acquisition have now been disclosed, the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn, and Shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when trading in the Company's securities.
