PBT Hold - trading statement Shareholders of PBT Holdings ("Shareholders") were advised that the Company is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the expected earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") for the current period, being the six months ended 30 September 2025 ("HY2026") will differ by at least 20% from that of the previous corresponding period, being the six months ended 30 September 2024 ("the prior period"). - HEPS will increase by between 20% and 23.5% to between 34.4c per share and 35.4c per share (2024: 28.7c per share); - EPS will increase by between 20% and 23.2% to between 34.4c per share and 35.4c per share (2024: 28.7c per share). Full details of the Group’s performance will be contained in the Company’s Interim Results, which are expected to be released on or about 28 November 2025.
