    Mr Price - update on acquisition of NKD Group
    All regulatory conditions have now been fulfilled, and accordingly the Transaction has become unconditional, subject only to the condition precedent of the payment of the purchase consideration.

    In terms of the Transaction agreement, the scheduled closing date is 31 March 2026.

    Investor presentation
    The investor presentation to provide further insight into NKD and its growth prospects will take place on 17 March 2026 in Cape Town from 09:30am to 12:30pm SAST.
