Clicks - AR and AGM notice
Clicks Group's integrated annual report for the year ended 31 August 2025 has been published today, 20 November 2025, and is available on the group's website, www.clicksgroup.co.za.
The audited annual financial statements contain no changes from the reviewed condensed consolidated results published on SENS on 23 October 2025.
Shareholders were advised that the annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at the registered office of Clicks Group, corner Searle and Pontac Streets, Cape Town, on Thursday, 29 January 2026 at 09:30 to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM. The notice of AGM is available on the group's website.
