    Clicks - increase of shareholding in ARC store
    Clicks Group has increased its shareholding in premium beauty retailer ARC Store to 61% by acquiring an additional 35.3% interest for R507 million from the founding shareholders. The acquisition strengthens Clicks' position in the growing premium beauty market, valued at over R6 billion annually. ARC, founded in 2020 with 12 stores and a strong online presence, aims to expand to 20-30 stores. The existing management will remain until at least 2028, ensuring continuity. The transaction is subject to competition authority approval, with an expected effective date in the month following approval. This voluntary announcement highlights Clicks' strategic move to leverage ARC’s growth potential.
