    Rex True - financial assistance resolution
    Shareholders were hereby notified that the board has adopted a resolution authorising the Company to provide financial assistance to related and inter- related companies, which financial assistance exceeds one-tenth of one percent of the Company's net worth.

    The board is satisfied that immediately after providing such financial assistance, the Company will satisfy the solvency and liquidity test provided for in section 4 of the Companies Act and that the terms of the financial assistance are fair and reasonable to the Company.
