Rex True - board & board committee changes
The board of the Company has announced that Catherine Lloyd has resigned as an executive director effective 30 September 2026. She is succeeded by Abdullah Solomons, a finance and investment professional, who was appointed as an executive director from 1 October 2026.
Additionally, Bulelwa Ntshingwa has been appointed chair of the social and ethics committee, replacing Patrick Naylor, who remains a member. The committee now comprises Ntshingwa, Naylor, and Marcel Golding.
