Shareholders were advised that the Company's Integrated Report, incorporating the audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2025 (the "FY2025 AFS"), which contain no changes from the FY2025 AFS published on SENS on 26 May 2025 and on which the Company's auditors, BDO South Africa Inc., have expressed an unmodified audit opinion, has been distributed to shareholders today, Tuesday, 17 June 2025 and is available on the Company's website at: exemplarreit.co.za/IAR/EXPIAR2025.pdf

The Integrated Report contains a notice of annual general meeting of Exemplar shareholders which will be held on Wednesday, 16 July 2025 at 15h00 at the Company's registered office, 204 Von Willich Avenue, Clubview, Centurion.
