    Emira - further acquisition of Octodec shares
    Emira acquired an additional 2 889 864 shares in Octodec for an average price of R16.7446 per share, amounting to R48 389 722.75. Consequently, Emira has reduced its maximum voluntary offer to acquire up to 36 314 719 Octodec shares, representing 34.9% of Octodec's issued shares if fully accepted. The terms of the voluntary offer, including the offer price of R16.75 per share, remain unchanged. This transaction is classified as a category 2 JSE transaction and does not require shareholder approval.
