(i) a 94.2% interest in Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A, one of the world’s largest ESG-focused providers of sustainable specialty chemicals,
(ii) a wholly-owned investment in Cortland International Inc., a global manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced ropes, nets, slings and tethers; and
(iii) a 10.85% interest in Clear Media Ltd., one of the largest outdoor advertising firms in China.
