    WeBuyCars - acquisition of shares in GoBid
    Shareholders were advised that the Company has entered into a series of agreements in terms of which, inter alia, the Purchaser will acquire a total of 49% of the issued ordinary shares of GoBid (Pty) Ltd. (GoBid) for an aggregate purchase consideration of R376 775 301, with call and put options granted to acquire further GoBid shares over time.
