WeBuyCars - trading statement Accordingly, the Board advised shareholders that it is reasonably certain that the financial results for the year ended 30 September 2025, when compared with the results for the year ended 30 September 2024 ("previous corresponding period"), are expected to be as follows: - Core headline earnings per share will increase by between 0.8% and 6% to between 219.2c per share and 230.1c per share (2024: 217.4c per share); - Basic earnings per share will increase by more than 100% to between 221.8c per share and 226.4c per share (2024: 91.5c per share); and - Headline earnings per share will increase by more than 100% to between 222.3c per share and 226.9c per share (2024: 91.7c per share). The audited financial results for the year ended 30 September 2025 are expected to be published on SENS on or about Monday, 17 November 2025 and a webcast of the results presentation is expected to be broadcast at 09h00 on Monday, 17 November 2025.
