    Premier - change in significant holding
    Premier announced a change in its significant holdings following a scheme of arrangement with RFG Holdings Ltd. The company's issued share capital increased to 166 443 231 shares, resulting in a dilution of Brait Mauritius Ltd.’s economic interest from 24.29% to 18.81% and voting interest from 13.71% to 7.21%. Additionally, Brait P.L.C. ceded voting rights over 5 663 852 shares to Titan Premier Investments.
