Nature of Business
Texton is a JSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) that provides shareholders with access to a diversified portfolio of direct and indirect global real estate investments. Our portfolio is valued at R1.9 billion as at 30 June 2025 (2024: R2.1 billion) and aims to deliver long-term income and capital growth. Our core objective is to deliver sustainable, risk-adjusted returns to our stakeholders through disciplined capital allocation, strategic asset management, and value driven investments.
