    Hulamin - disposal and cautionary withdrawn
    Hulamin announced the disposal of its interest in Hulamin Extrusions (Pty) Ltd. to Norsaf ERS (Pty) Ltd. The transaction involves the sale of 100% of the shares for R10 million, payable in cash, with a bank guarantee in place. Hulamin Extrusions will continue to occupy its premises for 12 months under a lease agreement, paying monthly rent and shared services fees. The sale includes the transfer of trade debt rights, stock, and cash, with the total consideration not exceeding R100 million. The transaction is classified as a category 2 JSE transaction and is subject to approval by the Competition Authorities by 31 July 2026. The company has withdrawn its previous cautionary announcement.
