Vukile - results of annual general meeting
Vukile Property Fund shareholders approved all resolutions at the annual general meeting held on 2 September 2026, with 84.09% of shares represented. Key approvals include adopting equity funding resolutions, authorising issuance of up to 20% of issued shares under set B, and increasing authorised share capital. Shareholders also re-elected directors, approved remuneration policies, and ratified the reappointment of auditors.
