    Vukile - circular published and notice of GM
    Vukile completed an oversubscribed equity raise of R2.65 billion, with proceeds allocated to acquisitions including 50% of Chatsworth Centre in KwaZulu-Natal and Berceo Shopping Centre in Spain. To maintain financial flexibility amid a competitive European market, Vukile seeks shareholder approval for a general authority to issue up to 9% of its shares until the next AGM on 2 September 2026. A circular detailing these proposals has been posted, with a general meeting scheduled for 20 March 2026 at 10:00 in Houghton Estate. Shareholders are encouraged to review the circular and participate in the voting process.
