    Labat - update to results publication
    Shareholders were referred to the announcement made by the JSE on the 1 October 2025 regarding the delay in the publication of its Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May 2025.

    The Board of Directors advised shareholders that, following the appointment of P Mapfumo Accountants and Auditors, BG Nubong And Associates Inc. and VanPag Chartered Accountants as the Company's new external auditors, the audit is progressing in line with the revised timetable.

    The Annual Financial Statements will be published on or before 15 October 2025.
