    Labat - finalisation announcement
    Labat Africa ("LABAT") has completed the outstanding components of the Classic Transaction, previously announced on 20 November 2024, fulfilling all profit warranty conditions. As part of this transaction, 116.5 million no par value shares were issued and listed on 20 November 2025 at R0.07 each, increasing the issued share capital to 1 248 875 595. The company has also finalised the regulatory processes related to the remaining shares due under the transaction. This move is part of LABAT’s broader strategy to strengthen its balance sheet and support ongoing operational momentum.
