    Glencore - results of AGM
    Glencore announced the results of its 2026 Annual General Meeting, where all resolutions were approved. Key approvals included the receipt of the 2025 financial accounts with 99.86% support, and the reduction and repayment of the company's capital contribution reserves with 99.92% support. Several directors, including Gary Nagle and Liz Hewitt, were re-elected with over 99% support. The appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors was approved with 95.55% support. Other resolutions related to share buybacks and authorisations received strong approval, with support exceeding 92%.
