    Af & Ovr - board & board committee changes
    The board has announced the appointment of Catherine Lloyd as an executive director, effective 1 October 2026. Additionally, from 22 September 2026, Patrick Naylor has been appointed chair of the remuneration committee, replacing Masedi Molosiwa, who remains a member. The remuneration committee now comprises Patrick Naylor (Chair), Masedi Molosiwa, and Bulelwa Ntshingwa.
