    Northam - increase of revolving credit facility
    Northam Holdings has successfully increased its revolving credit facility (RCF) from R13.3 billion to R15.0 billion, with the facility maturing in August 2027. The company's total banking facilities now amount to R16.0 billion, including an existing R1.0 billion general banking facility. This enhancement provides Northam with greater liquidity and funding flexibility to support its strategic growth plans, which aim to expand production to 1.5 million 4E ounces and 2 million tonnes of chrome concentrate over the next five years. CEO Paul Dunne emphasised that the increased RCF will enable continued investment and growth, reinforcing Northam’s position amid a global PGM supply deficit.
