Insimbi - board and committee changes
Robert Dickerson will retire as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Board, and, accordingly, will step down from Audit and Risk Committee, Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Social and Ethics Committee, with effect from 28 February 2026.
Nelson Mwale will be appointed as Chairperson of the Board with effect from 28 February 2026.
Cleopatra Ntshingila, will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 28 February 2026.
