Notice of annual general meeting
The 92nd annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held on Friday, 5 December 2025 at 13:00 South African Standard Time (SAST) (Greenwich Meridian Time + 2 hours). The board of directors of ARM has authorised that the annual general meeting be held as a physical meeting and by way of electronic participation. The physical meeting will be held in boardrooms 6 and 7 of the Sandton Convention Centre, corner of Fifth and Maude Streets, Sandton. |
