    Tourvest -- update on scheme of arrangement
    Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by Tourvest on SENS of the JSE Ltd on 17 July 2008 relating to the scheme of arrangement proposed by Primetime Trading 6 (Pty) Ltd ("Bidco") between Tourvest and its shareholders (other than certain excluded shareholders). Shareholders are advised that the outstanding conditions precedent have been fulfilled. Shareholders are also advised that the salient dates remain as initially detailed in the circular sent to shareholders dated 13 June 2008 and in the announcement released on SENS on 17 July 2008.
