RGT SMART Market Intelligence Ltd. (RGTS) is an investment holding company that currently operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, Republic Computer Services (Pty) Ltd. (Trading as Response Group Trendline or RGT) and KA SMART Management Consultants (Pty) Ltd. (KA SMART). RGTS also has a significant stake (33%) in a new venture, CarStats (Pty) Ltd. RGT (in association with NAAMSA) is the sole source of new vehicle sales data to the SA motor industry and has been in this role for over 25 years. In addition RGT provides a range of analytical products which the motor industry uses in planning, forecasting and marketing. KA Smart are expert motor industry consultants and pioneers of the Service Quality System (SQS) which is fast becoming the benchmark in customer satisfaction improvement programmes.
