CompuClearing is South Africa’s leading provider of computerised systems and solutions to the Customs Clearing, Freight Forwarding, Air Cargo and related industries. The operational company, CompuClearing (Pty) Ltd. was founded and commenced operation in 1983. CompuClearing Outsourcing Ltd. is an investment holding company formed to facilitate CompuClearing’s listing. The Group listed on the main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE Ltd.”) in 1998 (JSE share code: CCL).
