On assessment of the size and scale of the Rex Trueform group, the board of directors (\"board\") have agreed to reconstitute the audit committee and the risk committee into a combined audit and risk committee (\"ARC\") effective from 23 June 2025.
The members of the newly constituted ARC, who are all independent non-executive directors, will be:
- Hugh Roberts (Chairperson)
- Masedi Molosiwa
- Bulelwa Ntshingwa
Accordingly, executive director, Catherine Lloyd and independent non-executive director, Patrick Naylor, previously members of the risk committee, will not form part of the newly constituted ARC. |
