Mondi - results of dividend reinvestment

On 20 February 2025, Mondi plc (\"Mondi\") announced that it would pay a final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 of EUR46.67 cents per ordinary share (the \"Dividend\") to all Mondi plc ordinary shareholders on either the UK main register or the South African branch register on 4 April 2025 (the \"Record Date\"). The Dividend was paid on 16 May 2025.

Eligible shareholders (\"Shareholders\") were able to participate in Dividend Reinvestment Plans (\"DRIPs\"). In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, Mondi confirmed the results of the DRIPs as follows:
- Shareholders on the UK main register holding 3 643 095 shares or 0.83% of Mondi's issued share capital as at the Record Date elected to participate in the UK Dividend Reinvestment Plan, resulting in the purchase of 117 364 shares in the market at an average price of GBP12.1515 per share.
- Shareholders on the South African branch register holding 12 546 080 shares or 2.84% of Mondi's issued share capital as at the Record Date elected to participate in the South African Dividend Reinvestment Plan, resulting in the purchase of 373 915 shares in the market at an average price of R290.0999 per share.
