NAME CHANGE FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 1 October 2021 and
2 November 2021, respectively, wherein it was advised, inter alia, that:

-     the board of directors (“Board”) had proposed the change of name of the Company to “Mantengu
      Mining Limited” (“Name Change”); and

-     the resolution to approve the Name Change and related amendment to the Company’s
      Memorandum of Incorporation (“MOI”) (“Resolution”) had been approved by the requisite number
      of shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting.


Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received confirmation from the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”) of the registration of the Resolution. Shareholders should
take note of the dates set out below:

Notes:
1. The above dates and times are subject to amendment. Any such amendment will be released on
   SENS.

2. Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their MRI shares after the last day to trade in
   respect of the Name Change.
