CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of MRI (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Alistair Collins has resigned as
independent non-executive director with effect from 3 November 2021.

The Board thanks Alistair for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
