     Shareholders are advised that all the special and ordinary resolutions     
     proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Pinnacle held on 27 October 2006 
     at 10h00, were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.         
The Resolutions pertained inter alia to a general authority to repurchase  
     shares, the general authority to issue shares for cash and the confirmation
     of a dividend declared by the Directors of 7 cents per share.              
     The salient dates pertaining to the dividend declaration are as follows:
