FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 8 September 2005 
and are advised that the company is still in negotiations regarding the         
acquisition of a 20% shareholding by a Black Economic Empowerment entity, which 
if successfully concluded may have an effect on the price of the company"s      
securities.                                                                     
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when      
dealing in the company"s securities until a further announcement is made.
