BHP BILLITON PLC DELISTS IN PARIS
BHP Billiton announced today that it has delisted from Euronext Paris.
The ordinary shares of BHP Billiton Plc are therefore no longer admitted to
trading on a regulated market in France.
Shareholders who were affected by the delisting could dispose of their shares
prior to the delisting via a voluntary sales facility set up by the Company on
the London Stock Exchange. Those who did not take advantage of the sales
facility can continue to trade their shares on the London Stock Exchange.

BHP BILLITON PLC DELISTS IN PARIS
BHP Billiton announced today that it has delisted from Euronext Paris.
The ordinary shares of BHP Billiton Plc are therefore no longer admitted to
trading on a regulated market in France.
Shareholders who were affected by the delisting could dispose of their shares
