BHP BILLITON - MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
BHP Billiton today announced the resignation of Mr Brad Mills following his
decision to join Lonmin Plc as Chief Executive. Mr Mills is the President and
Chief Executive Officer of BHP Billiton"s Base Metals Customer Sector Group.
BHP Billiton Chief Executive Officer Chip Goodyear said "Brad was central to the
integration of BHP and Billiton in June 2001 and since that time has
successfully led our Base Metals division through some challenging market
conditions. We wish him every success at Lonmin."
