The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC", "Company") informs that on 17 March 2026, received
a written statements from Ferenc Minárik according to which Mr. Minárik resigned from his seat on the
supervisory board of the Company, effective as of 17 March 2026.

Legal basis: Par. 5(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic
information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information
required under the laws of a non-member state of the European Union.
