RESIGNATION OF TECHNICAL DIRECTOR – MR BAREND JACOBUS JORDAAN

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Barend Jacobus Jordaan has resigned as Technical Director of Master Drilling Group
Limited with effect from 1 May 2026.

The Board extends its sincere appreciation to Mr Jordaan for his dedication, leadership and valuable
contribution to the Company over the years and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
