APPOINTMENT OF THE GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY

Reunert shareholders are referred to the previous announcement published on SENS on 20 November 2025,
wherein the Company advised, inter alia, of the appointment of Mr Anthonie de Beer as Group Chief
Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 March 2026.

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board is pleased to announce the
subsequent appointment of Mr de Beer as an executive director of Reunert with effect from 1 March 2026.
On this date, Mr de Beer will also succeed Mr Alan Dickson as an executive member of the Company's Risk
Committee and Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee.

As announced previously on 20 November 2025, Mr Dickson will continue to serve as an executive director
of Reunert until 31 May 2026.

Pursuant to paragraph 6.73 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board confirms that a fit and proper
assessment, as contemplated in paragraph 5.6 of the of the JSE Listings Requirements, was undertaken in
respect of Mr de Beer and that the Board is satisfied with the outcome thereof. The Board further confirms
that Mr de Beer's background and qualifications have been independently verified.

A Schedule 1: Director's Declaration has been completed by Mr de Beer and provided to the Company for
submission to the JSE. Reunert confirms, in accordance with paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, that the Schedule 1: Director's Declaration does not contain any positive statements relating
to the integrity information.

The Board congratulates Mr de Beer on his appointment as an executive director of the Company and looks
forward to his contribution in this role.
