Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 15 December 2025, in which CMH announced the
results of the Share Repurchase Offer and dealings by directors and associates.

Shareholders are further advised that the executive directors of the Company, obtained pre-clearance
from the Chairman of the Board to offer for repurchase all of the shares held by them.
