Gemfields Confirms Completion of the Sale of Fabergé Limited

LONDON, 1 SEPTEMBER 2025

Further to the Company's announcement on 11 August 2025, Gemfields confirms that it
completed the sale of Fabergé Limited ("Fabergé") to SMG Capital LLC (the "Buyer") on 29
August 2025.
