DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY THE JSE LTIS 2018 TRUST
The JSE LTIS 2018 Trust ("Trust") has sold 97 804 JSE ordinary shares in
the open market in respect of share awards forfeited by staff members ("LTIS
2018 participants"). This completes the sale of JSE shares forfeited for
performance under Allocations 4(2) and 5(1) of the JSE's LTIS 2018 share
incentive scheme. Share awards granted under LTIS 2018 are forfeited to the
Trust where corporate performance criteria are not achieved or where LTIS
2018 participants voluntarily leave the employ of the JSE. The Trust holds
these shares on a direct beneficial basis.
These JSE ordinary shares were sold on-market, with prior clearance and at
a volume-weighted average price ("VWAP") of R133.9136 per ordinary share.
The total transaction value amounted to R13 097 283. The daily high, low
