DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES


Shareholders are advised that on 30 July 2025, Silverpoint Capital, L.P. ("Silverpoint Capital")
decreased its beneficial interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company from
8.51% to 4.45% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel, per section
122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2008.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
