RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Unitholders are hereby advised that at the annual general meeting of the Fund held at 10:00 a.m. today,
21 July 2025, via Microsoft Teams ("AGM"), all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities
of the Fund's unitholders.
