PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES' CREDIT RATING UPGRADED WITH STABLE OUTLOOK

Shareholders are advised that the rating agency, Global Credit Rating Company ("GCR"), has,
in its report issued on 11 July 2025, upgraded PSG Financial Services' national scale long-
term issuer rating to AA-(ZA) from A+(ZA) and the short-term issuer rating to A1+(ZA) from
A1, with a Stable Outlook. This being the fifth rating upgrade which PSG Financial Services
has received over the last ten years.

GCR states, "The ratings reflect PSG's sound performance against marker indices and peers
through the cycle, as well as sustained growth in assets under management. We are cognisant
of the continued improvement of the group's overall competitive profile as its performance and
brand recognition continues to attract net inflows in a market with constrained growth."
