AMENDMENTS TO THE OLD MUTUAL AND OMLACSA INFORMATION STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF
THE ZAR25,000,000,000 UNSECURED SUBORDNIATED MULTI-ISSUER NOTE PROGRAMME

Noteholders are advised that Old Mutual and OMLACSA (the "Issuers") have amended and restated
the information statement in respect of the ZAR25,000,000,000 Unsecured Subordinated Note
Programme dated 13 December 2022 (the "Information Statement") to update the Information
Statement in compliance with the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements
("DSS").

The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates to the following sections:

Old Mutual and OMLACSA
    • Strategy;
    • Description of Old Mutual and OMLACSA
    • Investor considerations and key risk factors
    • King IV Report on corporate governance and application
    • Board of directors and board committees
    • Description of business
