Changes to Board Committees
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 12 June 2025, shareholders are advised in
accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, that the board of directors
of enX ("the Board") is pleased to notify its shareholders of the following Board Committee changes,
effective immediately:

•   Mr Ramakhatela ("Khati") Mokhobo has resigned as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee
    ("ARC"), but remains a member of the ARC. Additionally, Khati has been appointed as a
    member of the Social and Ethics Committee ("SEC") and as a member and as Chair on
    nomination matters of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee (''Rem and Nom Co'').
•   Mr Kgosietsile ("Kgosie") Matthews has been appointed as Chair of the ARC.

The new committee compositions are as follows:
