cautionary announcement dated 1 July 2003, the directors of the company have    
decided not to proceed with the proposals for delisting and Pinnacle will       
accordingly continue to be listed on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa.  
Shareholders need no longer exercise caution when dealing in shares in the      
company.
