DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL SHAREHOLDING



In accordance with section 122(1) and (3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that RBPlat has received
notification to the effect that Impala Platinum Holdings Limited has acquired further shares in RBPlat such that it
now holds 98.73% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

As required in terms of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
