Change of External Auditor

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, BHP advises that Ernst & Young has
been appointed as BHP's external auditor with effect from 7 November 2019. The
appointment follows the resignation of KPMG due to UK and EU requirements on
auditor tenure.
