Changes to the Board of Directors
In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Ms Nomvula Nancy Mthombeni has resigned her membership of the Board of
Directors of Pinnacle (the "Board") as an independent non-executive director and
as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board with effect from
Monday, 25 June 2012.
Ms Mthombeni was appointed to the Board on 1 April 2010 as a representative of
Amabubesi Technology Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("Amabubesi") in accordance with the
provisions of the Subscription Agreement under which Amabubesi acquired its
shares in Pinnacle at that time.
The Board would like to express its gratitude and appreciation to Ms Mthombeni
for her valuable contributions to Pinnacle over the past 2 years. Ms Mthombeni
will be missed by her colleagues on the Pinnacle Board and we wish her every
success in the future.
Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a new independent non-
executive director in Ms Mthombeni`s stead once the appointment has been
finalised.
