INTERTRADING ADVISES THE MECHANICS FOR TRADING AND TRANSFERRING OF ITS SHARES   
OFF MARKET IN THE STRATE ENVIROMENT AFTER DELISTING                             
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 March 2012  
confirming the date of delisting of the company on 19 March 2012.               
Shareholders are advised that private and off market trading and the transfers  
of the company`s shares may continue, through utilisation of a new unlisted ISIN
number, ZAU000012429, effective from 19 March 2012 . Shareholders can continue  
to instruct their CSDP`s or Brokers as usual and all trades will be loaded as   
off market, matched and settled via the Strate platform                         
All settlements of unlisted Intertrading shares held in uncertificated form will
occur in the Strate dematerialised environment and all settlements through      
Strate will be in South African Rands and the same custody and settlement rules 
and procedures that were in place for the listed environment will continue to   
apply in the unlisted environment.
